Momentum Education is excited to offer an easier path to obtaining your Associate (ACC) or Professional (PCC) Credentialed Coach certification through the International Coaching Federation. In addition to completing the coach-specific training hours required to earn the International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC or PCC designations, graduates are required to complete (10) hours of mentor coaching with a Mentor Coach. The Mentor Coach must be an ACC who has completed a full cycle of their credential (through renewal), PCC or MCC in good standing.
Participants can choose from 3 options to earn their Mentor Coaching hours. See options below.
Through Momentum's Mentor Coaching you receive:
Direct and clear guidance while navigating the ICF application process from a certified coach who has earned Professional Credential Coach (PCC) credential
Up to (10) mentor coaching hours to meet the ICF credentialing requirement
Real-time, applicable feedback on coaching sessions in group and/or one-on-one environment
Aligned purpose and peace of mind as you learn fast and fail forward amongst a community of like-minded and heart-driven coaches.

What is Mentor Coaching?
In addition to completing the coach-specific training hours required to earn the ACC or PCC designation(s), aspiring coaches are required to complete (10) hours of mentor coaching with a Mentor Coach. Mentor Coaching sessions are facilitated in groups by Momentum Trainer and Coach Tamara Lynn, PCC.
Who Is This For?
Aspiring coaching who have already completed their coach-specific training hours through Momentum’s Impactful Coaching program, or a third-party coaching program, and are ready to complete (10) mentor coaching hours in order to meet the ICF credentialing requirement for the ACC or PCC.
What Are Sessions Times?
Group sessions are 90 minutes, from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm ET for 6 sessions. Participants must attend the first group session, and at least 4 of the remaining sessions being offered in order to earn all hours. One on One sessions are no more than 60 minutes and are scheduled with the Mentor Coach.
