The Leadership Program (LP) is a 77-90 day program which provides graduates of the Advanced Course the opportunity to solidify their experience of the trainings and begin to integrate this experience into new areas of their lives.
It is a challenging, inspiring and exhilarating program that focuses on "being the training" out in the world. Participants chart their program through individual Letters of Accomplishment that serve as roadmaps for the things they want to achieve during LP. Supported by partners and coaches from previous trainings, each participant selects key areas of his/her life, career, relationships, art, music, children, etc., to infuse with a new level of energy and creativity. A deep and enriching experience of teamwork is also an integral part of the program.
LP is structured as an "out in the world" program in that most of the work being done is in our lives, at work, at home, etc. There are meetings with your team once a week and regular leadership calls. This powerful and enriching journey concludes with a residential weekend. Graduates of LP are invited to participate as volunteer staff in future work shops offered by Momentum Education.
Prerequisite: Completion Of The Basic Workshop & The Advanced Course.
